Give whilst you shop

If you shop on the internet:

• you can use the online shops that you normally use
• at no more cost to you
• but in a way by which SHAPE will get a donation

How does it work ?

Dozens of household name retailers and hundreds of smaller businesses have signed up to internet shopping schemes that agree to make a donation to a fundraising cause nominated by the shopper. The money comes from the commission that they pay to the web site that draws you to them.

The donation is typically a few percent of the cost of what you buy (the sites will tell you)

SHAPE has registered with two sites that make donations when you buy from any of several hundred internet retailers (the same ones that you would probably be using anyway)

• At www.buy.at/shapeafrica you simply click through to the 'shop' that you want.
• At www.easyfundraising.org.uk you need to register first but then you can see how your donation builds up. To chose SHAPE as the cause you support look for "Shropshire Health for Africa Project (SHAPE)" in the list.
